Mdua [Ragi] Millet Flour

How to make roti from Ragi/Madua flour:
Take one cup water and put it in oven to boil, once it starts boiling close the oven and put one cup flour on the same and satire fully, then leave it be normal and then mesh the same
with your hand till it becomes soft, you can put a pinch of salt if you like in the water. Then make dow and keep it to rest for 5-10 minutes, and then make roti the way you prepare wheat flour
roti. You can use cow ghee
